This headline caught my eye on Yahoo! news this morning.

A man who was caught skipping work by his boss thanks to a foolish Facebook update is to be investigated by his employer.

Come on. If you’re going to skip work, don’t go publicising it on one of the biggest networking sites in the world. This reminds me of a story I read a while back - an employee complained about his job, stating it was a pile of crap. His boss found out and he was then fired.

On a final note, I guess I haven’t bothered to update my site in ages, yet again. It will likely go back to how it was a few months back; just posting random stuff like this.

That’s the possible title of my final year dissertation.

It aims to quenstion how we can assess the quality of the websites that we browse. I must design a tool which will automatically evaluate websites against my own proposed quality evaluation framework.

Should be interesting.

Well hello again internet. It’s been a while. I posted just over two months ago regarding my up-coming design and website. Well here it is. A completely new, sleeker look. Out with the old, boring design, in with something newer and fresher. I probably spent the last month and a bit going through various new designs, deciding I didn’t like certain aspects. I finally created something for myself I’d be proud to link people to.

I do not intend to do any form of personal blogging anymore, although this may change. I do however intend to begin writing my thoughts, opinions, ideas on various topics I stumble upon whilst browsing the web. My blog-blog will now be pulled from my Twitter page, which you can see the latest entry in the upper right of this page.
